Now, everything we do is custom, so don't expect to find design
patterns on this website. We do business the new old fashion way,
we actually communicate with our customers.
So, if you don't like personal service, and you don't want to
work with a real person to create your gift, then this may not be the
best place for you to buy your gift.
But, if you like the idea of great personal service, and working with a
real person to create your gift, then this is the place to be.

Designs
As you wander around our website, you'll notice there are very few "buy
now" buttons. There's a good reason for that.
Almost all our work is custom. We don't limit you with regards to
your design options. We also don't limit you to a pre-set number
of fonts.
Now, this may turn some people off.
Many people just want to order something and not deal with a
person. If you're one of those that just wants to pick a design
from a limited selection, and you really don't want a custom designed
gift, then again, this may not be the right place for you.

Now, we know it can be scary doing business online with someone you
don't know. So, let me tell you about our guarantee. It's
really very simple.
If for any reason you're not satisfied with the finished product or our
craftsmanship, then we will refund your entire purchase price,
excluding shipping, or we will redo the piece. It's that
